Top third trend will see Man Utd delay Leicester title triumph

Leicester City are just three points away from earning their first Premier League trophy, but shouldn’t expect to get them against Manchester United.
The Red Devils have had an indifferent season this term, but prosper against those in the higher reaches of the table.
No team in the top flight has picked up more points-per-game against sides in the upper third of the division than United.
In their ten matches with the Premier League elite, Louis van Gaal’s men have picked up 18 points.
West Ham have a slightly higher tally, with 19, but have done so after playing one more game than the Mancunians.
Of those ten outings, the Old Trafford outfit have walked away with a victory on five occasions and doing so again is priced at 11/10.
Doubters will be quick to point out that Man Utd’s last encounter with a team in the higher reaches of the table saw them lose 3-0 to second-placed Tottenham Hotspur.
While it is undoubtable that the Red Devils were poor on that occasion, it came at White Hart Lane and travelling hasn’t suited the side in their clashes with top teams.
Indeed, the only other loss in their meetings with top-third clubs came at the hand of Arsenal when they headed to the Emirates, once again ending up on the receiving end of a 3-0 defeat.
However, playing on home soil is a different story and this is evidenced by the fact that the Gunners and Spurs both left the Theatre of Dreams with no points.
Marcus Rashford has opened the scoring in two of United’s last three wins over teams in the upper echelons of the division.
Furthermore, four of his seven strikes across all competitions have been the first in a match and backing him to put Leicester on the back foot comes in at 11/2.
