Bingham and Cascarino go head-to-head for Leicester v Chelsea

Published:

talkSPORT Weekend Sports Breakfast presenter Georgie Bingham is no stranger to Ladbrokes News readers with these pages having featured her charity bets for a number of months now.

However, we’re mixing things up a bit and adding a new punting hero into the equation.

Step forward, Tony Cascarino.

Georgie’s co-host is getting involved in the action and the ex-Chelsea striker has picked the perfect week to do so.

His former club take on Premier League champions Leicester City on Saturday night and both Bingham and Cas have given us their selections.

Georgie has plumped for Gary Cahill to score and Chelsea to win at odds of 10/1 while Cascarino has decided on Eden Hazard to score and Chelsea to win at 9/4.

Granted, the latter’s returns would be more modest but with the Belgian rejuvenated this season, Cas looks to hold the upper-hand in this head-to-head.

The 26-year-old was also a scorer in the reverse fixture back in October, a game Chelsea won comfortably by a 3-0 margin at Stamford Bridge.

However, Cahill is no stranger to the scoresheet with his most recent effort coming against Stoke on New Year’s Eve.

The England international also found the back of the net in Chelsea’s 4-2 EFL Cup win over the Foxes earlier in the campaign.
