Bingham’s replacement is backing an Everton wincast along with Cascarino

| 25.02.2017

It’s that time of the week again, but unlike most weekends, this latest selection of talkSPORT special bets are brought to you by Tony Cascarino and Andy Townsend, who’ll be filling in for our regular contributor, Georgie Bingham.

And it’s perhaps a break that Georgie needs, given that she’s still looking for her first winner! Hopefully Andy will enjoy some beginner’s luck in her absence.

This week, Everton’s clash with Sunderland is the subject of both his and Tony’s wincasts, so let’s find out where their charity bets are going…

Tony reckons the Toffees will come out on top against the Black Cats, with Romelu Lukaku getting on the scoresheet.

It’s something which has already happened on seven occasions this season in the Premier League, and the Belgium international actually netted a hat-trick in the reverse fixture at the Stadium of Light.

At 10/11, we reckon this is a solid selection. And as always, should Tony’s bet land, returns from a £50 bet will be heading to Cancer Research UK

Like Tony, Andy can’t see anything other than a home win at Goodison Park, but he’s looking for more value and getting behind the 2/1 for the Toffees to win and Ross Barkley to score.

The England international has endured an inconsistent season so far, but his recent cheeky goal against Bournemouth will have done him the world of good.

And in Georgie’s absence, Andy’s chosen charity is Macmillan Cancer, so we’ll be keeping our fingers crossed that all returns from his chosen bet will be going their way!

Of course, with both men backing an Everton win and different goalscorers, there’s a chance we could be paying out on both selections this week – which would be a first since our feature with the talkSPORT team began.

Ladbrokes’ Jessica Bridge (@LadsJesswill be joining Andy and Tony live on air this weekend, so make sure you’re listening to find out who’s hot, who’s not, and where the money is going.

Don’t forget to tune into the Weekend Sports Breakfast, every Saturday and Sunday morning on talkSPORT.
