Belotti hat-trick timely reminder of this summer’s most-wanted hitman
While the Premier League was busy discussing Arsene Wenger and Alexis Sanchez’s Liverpool spat this weekend, over in Italy Andrea Belotti kept on doing what he does best – scoriing goals.
A stunning eight-minute hat-trick against Palermo took the Torino hotshot’s tally this season to 22 goals in just 24 Serie A appearances.
The forward is now on course to become only the second Italian in 50 years to score 30 goals in a season.
Belotti has netted times in his last five league games, and his form is putting him in prime position for the off-season.
And not only is he scoring for fun, but the Italian international is bagging all sorts of goals too.
5- Only #Belotti in the top-5 Euro leagues All Comps 16/17 has scored at least 5 left-footed, 5 right-footed goals, 5 headers. Complete.

The striker has exploded into life this term, and is widely accepted to be one of the most sought-after players this summer.
But it’s believed Belotti has a release clause for non-Italian clubs, and it’s locked in at a sensational £86m.
That could be an issue for Arsenal, who have been repeatedly linked as a potential destination.
But it might not trouble Manchester City or Chelsea, both of whom will be looking to make a step up next term.
For City, Pep Guardiola knows they must challenge for the Premier League next season, while Antonio Conte will be hoping Chelsea become major players in the Champions League.
And that tallies up with our traders’ odds, who have the Blues as 7/4 favourites.
City are next up at 5/2, with Arsenal out at 6/1.
