Premier League Darts: Peter Wright headlines our Week Four acca

Published:

The PDC circuit delighted fans in Brighton with several tense affairs in Week Four of the Premier League. And remarkably, four of the five matches finished 6-6. But we’re expecting the likes of Raymond van Barneveld and Peter Wright to get back to winning ways this week at the Westpoint Arena in Exeter.

Those two feature in our latest acca, which is paying an incredibly tempting 28/1.

Fancy getting on it? Check out our selections below…

Raymond van Barneveld to beat Dave Chisnall

Chizzy is really struggling in the league this year, while Barney is continuing to pick up points on a regular basis. The Dutchman has already beaten Adrian Lewis and taken a point off world number three, Peter Wright.

His opponent, meanwhile, has lost three of his last four Premier League matches, and has lost his last two games against RVB in this competition.

Jelle Klassen to beat Kim Huybrechts

Klassen finally has a win under his belt in this year’s Premier League – and it’s much deserved. He had to face the top three players in the world in the opening three weeks, and he did well to keep his leg difference relatively low before victory over Chisnall got him up and running last week.

Huybrechts has enjoyed a solid start to this campaign, but we’re backing Klassen to go on a bit of a run now.

Phil Taylor to win/draw v Gary Anderson

The Flying Scotsman has struggled to get going so far this year, dropping points in three of his four matches.

And he’s up against an unbeaten Phil Taylor who’s very much enjoying his final year on the PDC circuit. We’re expecting that run to continue for at least another week.

If this was over a longer format, we’d be right behind Anderson. But Taylor knows the Premier League like the back of his hand, and he’ll be hard to beat in a race to seven legs.

Peter Wright to beat Adrian Lewis

Jackpot has been largely inconsistent thus far in the Premier League, losing two of his four games, while beating Chisnall and drawing with Van Gerwen last time out.

Snakebite, meanwhile, has impressed us this season – and it looks like 2017 could be his best chance of winning a big trophy. Whether or not that will be the Premier League remains to be seen, but he should have enough about him to see off the two-time world champ.

Fancy backing this? We’re offering 28/1 here!
