It’s official. Chelsea are champions of England for the fifth time in 13 seasons, and the sixth in the club’s history, following last night’s 1-0 victory over West Bromwich Albion at The Hawthorns.
And when the whistle blew in the West Midlands, Twitter duly erupted.
