Tottenham favourites for Schalke ace with 1/2 for Summer Prem move

Fans across the land will get a glimpse of Schalke 04’s Max Meyer as England Under-21s face their German counterparts on Tuesday night. And it’s unlikely to be the last they see of him in 2017, with the 21-year-old set for a Premier League move.
Meyer is just 1/2 to head to any Prem club this summer, and right now it’s Tottenham Hotspur who lead the betting at odds of 7/4 to bring in the midfielder before the window closes.
The classy, composed midfielder already has 122 games under his belt for Schalke, having made his debut at the tender age of 17.
And having impressed for both club and country, it’s no surprise to see the Oberhausen native targeted by some of England’s biggest clubs.
That includes Liverpool, who are 5/2 second-favourites to snap up the youngster. And with the Reds having done business with Die Konigsblauen to sign Joel Matip last summer, they could have an advantage in the negotiation process.
Jurgen Klopp’s men are followed in the betting by Manchester United (6/1), while it’s 7/1 that Meyer becomes the latest Bundesliga talent to head to Bayern Munich this summer.
