Aguero’s odds of summer Chelsea move tumble to just 2/1

Never mind Romelu Lukaku to Manchester United, the most sensational transfer of the summer could see Sergio Aguero swapping life at Manchester City for a place with champions Chelsea.

The Blues had been 10/1 shots to snap up the Argentine, but those odds have been cut into just 2/1 today. With Diego Costa is on the cusp of departing Stamford Bridge, the 29-year-old is believed to be top of Antonio Conte’s transfer wish list..

Aguero netted 33 times in 45 games last term, including a goal against Chelsea at the Bridge – taking his career tally against the West London outfit to 10.

Like Costa, the Buenos Aires’ native has his disciplinary issues – missing seven games through suspension. But that’s believed to be an issue Conte is willing to overlook.
