Diego Costa set for surprise loan switch to Turkish giants

Following a summer of rumour and speculation Chelsea striker Diego Costa looks set to finally be on the move.
It doesn’t look like he’ll be heading back to Atletico Madrid though. Instead Fenerbahce have emerged as favourites to sign the ace on loan.
And a deal could be completed between the clubs as soon as this weekend.
Costa is reportedly set to arrive in Turkey for a medical with the Turkish giants soon.
A move would be welcomed by all parties following a year of discontent at Stamford Bridge.
The 28-year-old was initially subject of transfer interest from China at the start of 2017.
After that deal went away speculation continued well into the summer.
It culminated with Conte allegedly sending a text to Costa telling the forward that he was no longer a part of the Italian’s plans.
While a deal could not be brokered between Chelsea and Atletico, it looks as though a move to the Ulker Stadium is very much on.
