Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers has won September’s Ladbrokes Premiership Manager of the Month award.

The Bhoys boss guided his side to three wins and a draw last month, a run which included a 2-0 win away at fierce rivals Rangers.

And it means they’re unbeaten in an incredible 58 domestic games.

September began in emphatic fashion when Stuart Armstrong and a Scott Sinclair brace put Celtic 3-0 at half-time away at Hearts.

After completing a 4-1 win at Tynecastle, Rodgers’ men then hammered Ross County 4-0 at Celtic Park a week later.

The big result in the run came with that 2-0 success at Ibrox, before ending the month with a 2-2 draw at home to Hibernian.

It was an excellent month all round for Rodgers and the Bhoys, who also produced an excellent performance to win away at Anderlecht in the Champions League.

The Bhoys sit joint-top of the Ladbrokes Premiership, but boast a far superior goal difference to Aberdeen.

And next up for Rodgers and co is a home clash with Dundee.

Having already hammered the Dee 4-0 last month in the League Cup, it’s no surprise to see Celtic installed as 1/9 favourites to maintain their fantastic form.
