Kezia Dugdale facing I’m A Celeb exit and suspension from Labour

Former Scottish Labour leader Kezia Dugdale has emerged as joint-favourite to be the first person to leave this year’s I’m A Celeb.

Alongside current campmate Rebekah Vardy, soon-to-be newcomer Kezia is rated as a 4/1 to get the jungle axe.

And the bad news doesn’t end there for the politician.

The former MSP is odds-on at 1/3 to be suspended from the Labour Party before the end of 2017.

She may have been a vote-winner in Scotland, but how will she fare in Australia?

Fellow Celeb Amir Khan is 5/1 third-favourite for the boot following his surrender in the first Bushtucker Trial of the series.

Meanwhile, at the other end of the market, Georgia Toffolo is riding high as the 3/1 favourite to be crowned Queen of the Jungle.

Toff came through her first trial with flying colours (plus a couple of thousand critters).

She’s followed by Stanley Johnson and Jennie McAlpine, both of whom are available at 4/1.

Comedian and mother of the camp Shappi Khorsandi provides the early value in the betting at 10/1.

Jessica Bridge of Ladbrokes said: “Kezia’s not even in the camp yet, but we reckon she’ll be in and out like a flash. Her reality TV career could be over already, much like her political one as well if the odds are anything to go by.”

She added: “Toff’s happy-go-lucky attitude has really seen punters warm to her, and money has poured in on her chances of winning.”
