Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are among potential destinations for Real Madrid outcast Dani Ceballos.

The North London rivals are on high alert after reports in Italy suggested the 21-year-old sees his future away from the Spanish capital.

Both clubs tend to promote young talent and would jump at the chance to sign the burgeoning creative ace.

For the Gunners, he would provide an intriguing alternative to the injury-prone Santi Cazorla. While for Spurs, he would offer a different option alongside the impressive Christian Eriksen.

A move to either club could be on due to Ceballos’ frustration at his lack of game time.

Since moving to Los Blancos in the summer, the Spain Under-21 international has clocked up just 406 minutes of first-team football.

He’s played 11 games in total, with only five of those appearances coming in La Liga.

However, in the two league games that he has started for Real, he’s scored two goals and put in a man-of-the-match performance away at Alaves.

Ceballos joined the Spanish giants as part of President Florentino Perez’s blueprint to include more home-grown players in the side.

Now, though, the midfielder’s time at the Santiago Bernabeu could be at an end.

And while Arsenal and Spurs may be among the front-runners, they’ll face competition from across Europe for the youngster’s signature.

AC Milan and AS Roma head the contingent from Serie A, while former employers Real Betis are also thought to be interested in a deal.
