Esther McVey is being tipped by punters to be the next Cabinet Minister to leave their role.

McVey was only appointed earlier this week by Theresa May. However, her controversial comments about benefits claimants in the past have seen bets placed on her to go at 16/1.

Brexit boss David Davis leads the betting at 4/1. Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson is next in line at 5/1.

May herself is an 8/1 shot to leave as PM.

Jessica Bridge of Ladbrokes said: “Despite the chaotic reshuffle the market is wide open as to who could leave next, but of the new intakes it’s McVey who’s attracting the early cash.”
