10 Arsenal players who are 5/2 or shorter to leave this summer

Arsenal face the prospect of losing up to 10 first-team players this summer, according to our odds.

With many expecting a huge clear-out in North London at the end of the season, we’ve priced up the 10 most likely names to leave the Emirates when the transfer window re-opens.

At the top of the list is goalkeeper Petr Cech. The veteran stopper has endured a tough time of it this season and is now favourite at 9/20 to depart in the summer.

He’s followed by injury-troubled star Santi Cazorla at 1/2 and midfield pair Jack Wilshere (8/11) and Aaron Ramsey (10/11).The British duo are both out of contract in the near future and appear no closer to agreeing new deals.

Alexandre Lacazette, who signed in a £46.5m deal from Lyon last summer, is 2/1 to depart after just a year in North London.

In-fact, every player featuring in the top-10 is priced at 5/2 or shorter, making an Emirates summer clearout appear inevitable.

Arsene Wenger himself is considered a 1/5 shot to leave the club before the opening day of the 2018/19 season.

Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: “It looks like things will get a lot worse before they get better for Arsenal, with plenty of first-teamers seemingly set to jump ship at the next available opportunity.”
