Brighton v Arsenal: Can Seagulls inflict more misery on Gunners?

Published:
Arsene Wenger

Has there been a better time to face Arsenal?

Arsene Wenger’s side limped to a second 3-0 defeat in less than a week to Manchester City on Thursday.

They’re still 5/6 favourites against Brighton & Hove Albion. But the Seagulls will fancy their chances of causing a 16/5 upset. It’s 13/5 for the draw.

The Amex Stadium has been a tough place for visitors this term. Only Manchester City, Chelsea and Liverpool have left with three points.

That could be key because Arsenal have been a shambles on the road. The only sides they’ve beaten in their last 14 away games are Burnley, Crystal Palace and Ostersunds. They’re currently on a run of just two wins in seven games in all.

You can get Brighton or Draw in the Double Chance market at 19/20.

Glenn Murray will be looking to continue his great form up front. The Brighton striker has five goals in his last five games. He’s 2/1 to score Anytime.

For Arsenal, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang missed a penalty against City last time out. He’s 7/2 to make amends by scoring first.

The North London club have failed to score in each of their last three domestic games. But Brighton haven’t kept a clean sheet at home so far in 2017. Our traders have Both Teams to Score at 4/6.
