Donald Trump at 2/1 to win 2018 Nobel Peace Prize

US President Donald Trump is 2/1 favourite to win this year’s Nobel Peace Prize, according to our traders.
The bookies have put him top of the betting to pick up the award following news of a planned meeting with Kim Jong-un, and punters can already bet on where the historic summit will take place.
China is currently the 4/5 favourite venue, while 6/1 says the meeting takes place in USA. Meanwhile, it’s 33/1 that the two leaders meet in Moscow.
Elsewhere, punters saw the development as good news for Trump’s re-election chances, and the President’s odds for a 2020 election win have been cut into 13/8 as a result.
Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: “It’s been a solid week for Trump on the betting front with his odds of being re-elected taking a cut, while 2/1 says he claims this year’s Nobel Peace Prize.”
