The Serie A title race could be about to take another twist this weekend as Napoli travel to the San Siro to take on Inter Milan.

Maurizio Sarri’s side have led the pack since mid-December but face the prospect of dropping to second if they fail to see off Inter on Sunday night. They beat I Nerazzurri 2-1 back in November courtesy of goals from Lorenzo Insigne and Piotr Zielinski.

Since then they’ve won 11 out of 14 games in Serie A. However, they did suffer a setback against AS Roma last week. Despite going 1-0 up in the contest, the hosts were eventually downed 2-4 to leave their lead at the top hanging by a thread.

It’s even-money that they do the double over the former European champions on Sunday. You can get 27/10 about an Inter victory, while it’s 12/5 for the draw.

If Napoli do slip up, then Juventus will be the new leaders of Serie A, providing that they beat Udinese at 2pm.

The Old Lady has won 18 of their last 20 matches in all competitions and will be buoyed by a miraculous comeback victory over Tottenham Hotspur in the Champions League in midweek.

They’re 1/4 to do the business at the Allianz Stadium. We also go 4/5 that Juve keep their 11th straight Serie A clean sheet and Win to Nil. You can back Udinese at 14/1.

Away from the title fight, the race for the Champions League is also hotting up. Roma, Lazio and Inter all have their eyes set on the UCL honeypot.

Roma look the most confident in third and will be buoyed by victory over leaders Napoli. Eusebio Di Francesco’s side have won four of their last five in the league. They’ll fancy their chances on Friday night against a Torino side that are winless away from home in 2018.

You can back the hosts for victory at 8/11. It’s 7/2 for an away win and 11/4 about the draw.

City rivals Lazio, meanwhile, travel across to Sardinia to face under-performing Cagliari. The hosts have won just twice since November and were recently hammered 0-5 by Napoli.

Simone Inzaghi’s visitors have won six of their last seven games against Sunday’s opponents. They’re 8/13 to bounce back from two straight defeats with victory. Serie A top-scorer Ciro Immobile is 11/4 to Score First in the contest.

At the bottom of the table, Sassuolo host SPAL in a huge relegation six-pointer. Both clubs are currently above the relegation zone but could be sucked in with a defeat.

The visitors are in much better form ahead of the contest after picking up back-to-back victories against Crotone and Bologna. Sassuoulo, by contrast, are winless in eight and have only scored one goal in their last five matches.

They’re even-money to claim all three points, with SPAL available at 29/10. It’s 6/1 for SPAL to Win and for there to be Under 2.5 Goals in the contest.

Elsewhere, AC Milan (27/20) take on Genoa (11/5), while Fiorentina (1/3) host Benevento (8/1) on Sunday morning.
