Chelsea v Liverpool tips: Will this clash spell another score draw?

| 03.05.2018

Liverpool booked their place in the Champions League Final in midweek, but their focus returns to the Premier League this weekend – and a trip to Chelsea.

Recent fixtures between these sides have been well-matched. Four of the last seven have ended honours-even, with Liverpool managing two wins to the Blues’ one.

It’s 12/5 for another draw between these sides. Meanwhile, the hosts are 23/20 for victory, with Jurgen Klopp’s men 11/5 for maximum points.

Interestingly, all of those four draws have seen both sides net. In fact, none of the last 28 match-ups have ended goalless. It’s 13/4 for a Score Draw, while a third successive 1-1 scoreline is 11/2.

However, with this Liverpool team there’s a strong chance we’ll see more goals than that!

Three of the Reds’ last four fixtures have seen the net bulge four or more times. It’s 9/5 for Over 3.5 Goals, while the odds make it 6/10 for Both Teams to Score.

Two of the Blues’ last quartet of games have seen both sides register after the break. And it’s 7/4 for BTTS in Second Half here.

So, who’s bagging the goals?

Mohamed Salah has netted 12 times in his last 10 league games, and is 23/20 to add to his tally at Stamford Bridge.

One man who loves a goal against Liverpool is Eden Hazard. The Belgian has scored in five of his previous 14 outings against them, and is 6/4 to register Anytime.
