Fulham have it all to do when they take on Derby County in the second-leg of their Championship play-off semi-final this evening.

It leaves them with an uphill task at Craven Cottage as they bid to win their first ever play-off game at the eighth attempt.
The West Londoners have gone down to Bristol Rovers, Grimsby Town and Reading in the past. Could they be about to add Derby to that list?
