Ladbrokes News Acca: Leicester, Rochdale and Accrington to win
Published:
It’s almost the end of the season. The Premier League is into it’s penultimate weekend, while the Football League’s regular campaign draws to a close.
But there’s still time to pitch another hopeful batch of acca tips.
Here are our accumulator tips for this Saturday afternoon…
Richard Marsh
Leicester City to beat West Ham United – 6/5
David Moyes and his West Ham side are still in trouble and need points.
They’ll fancy getting something from this trip to Leicester, who are in mid-table and appear to have switched off.
But it’s that lack of pressure which should suit Jamie Vardy and co. The Hammers have the worst defence in the Premier League, and Leicester’s clinical attack could have an enjoyable afternoon.
Cian Carroll
Rochdale United to beat Charlton Athletic – 11/10
This one simply comes down to who wants it more. And Rochdale know that if they can better Oldham Athletic’s result at Northampton, they’ll stay up.
Charlton are sixth and are all-but assured of some play-off action. Plus Dale are a team for the big occasion as their FA Cup exploits showed.
Keith Hill’s men can save themselves on the final day.
Dave Burin
Scunthorpe United to beat Bradford City – 20/23
The Iron are play-off bound and enjoying a terrific run. Nick Daws’ side have won four on the spin without conceding a goal.
Their visitors on Saturday are a Bantams side who’ve managed just two points from their last nine away games.
Add the fact Scunthorpe have won the last two head-to-heads, and they should be too strong for Bradford.
Nick Murphy
Accrington Stanley to beat Swindon Town – 6/5
John Coleman and Accrington Stanley can round off a superb season with victory at out-of-form Swindon.
The Robins are winless in their last five matches at the County Ground and their last eight games overall.
Against a Stanley side who have won 18 of their last 22 outings, we’re expecting nothing less than another away win here.
So there we go. This Saturday’s selections are Leicester/Rochdale/Accrington and Scunthorpe all to win!
