What to look out for on the final Premier League matchday

All good things come to an end and we’ve reached the final weekend of the Premier League season.

Manchester City have already wrapped up the title and are deserving champions. The top-four and relegation battles look settled unless there are any major surprises too.

But there’s still plenty going on in the top-flight. We’ve picked out a few things to keep an eye on…

Golden Boot race

Mohamed Salah could become the first-ever player to score over 31 goals in a 38-game Premier League season when Liverpool face Brighton & Hove Albion.

But Harry Kane will be determined to catch him and win a third consecutive Golden Boot.

The Tottenham Hotspur ace has 28 goals so far, three less than Salah. He’s 19/10 to get 2 or More against Leicester City.

Can Arsenal win away from home?

Arsenal have broken their transfer record twice this season to bring in two superb strikers. They have one of the best playmakers in world football. And yet they’ve still not managed to pick up a single point away from home so far in 2018.

They’ve got one more chance to fix that this term. A trip to Huddersfield Town isn’t the most glamourous way to end Arsene Wenger’s 22-year reign with the Gunners, but his side are 4/7 to say goodbye with a win.

Goodbye to a few greats

As well as Arsene Wenger, a few other Premier League legends are set to move on.

Manchester United captain Michael Carrick is calling it a day and moving into a coaching role. He’ll get a great reception when United take on Watford.

Wayne Rooney may also be heading to DC United in the States after a mixed season back at Everton. Only Alan Shearer (260) has more Premier League goals than the former England captain (208).

Yaya Toure may stick around in the top flight but he’s set to leave Manchester City this summer too. The midfielder will never be forgotten at the Etihad for the huge role he played in their rise.

Cup final places up for grabs

After disappointing results in midweek, Manchester United and Chelsea players will be eager to impress ahead of the FA Cup final next week.

Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial are set to start for United against Watford. As Romelu Lukaku is an injury doubt, there could be a spot up for grabs at Wembley. Rashford is 10/3 to score first here.

Antonio Conte has switched between Alvaro Morata and Olivier Giroud since the former Arsenal man arrived in January. Will one of them make themselves impossible to overlook against Newcastle United? Giroud is 13/10 to score Anytime.
