Before the World Cup, most people thought Russia would do well to get out of the group. But after stunning Spain in the last-16, the hosts find themselves in the quarter-finals.

They now face a huge test against Croatia, who’ve been one of the most impressive sides so far.

We’ve got Croatia as 6/5 favourites to win in 90 minutes, with Russia 27/10 underdogs. The draw is 2/1.

Croatia’s odds are even shorter to qualify at 8/15. The hosts are up against it at 11/8.

Both sides required penalties to win their previous match. If this one can’t be decided in 90 minutes, Croatia are 8/1 to win in extra time. Russia are back at 14/1. It’s 8/1 for either team to win a shoot-out.

Despite not having stars like Luka Modric or Ivan Rakitic, Stanislav Chechesov’s side will have nothing to fear here. After beating Spain, they’ll feel like anything is possible. It could make for an open game. Both Teams to Score is 6/5, with Over 2.5 Goals going for 33/20.

Their play will go through Aleksandr Golovin. The in-demand playmaker has thrived with the responsibility so far.

Golovin will be looking for the runs of Artem Dzyuba, who’s favourite to score at 2/1. Fedor Smolov and Mario Mandzukic aren’t far behind at 21/10.
