Everton v Crystal Palace tips: Can Palace win away again?

| 21.10.2018

Everton host Crystal Palace at Goodison Park this afternoon, looking to win three-successive games for the first time this season.

Palace’s two wins this season have come on the road but with four of the top six awaiting them next, can they grab a much needed three points?

Match Odds

Everton are 5/6 to win again which could catapult them to seventh place, depending on results elsewhere.

Palace had had dismal home record but they’re 10/3 to triumph away again.

A fifth draw in seven games is 5/2.

Talking Tactics

Yerry Mina could make his first appearance in the Everton squad. The former Barcelona centre-back is now available after three months out with a foot injury.

Toffees fans may also see a glimpse of Andre Gomes in an Everton shirt for the first time.

Marco Silva may play a 4-3-3 formation with Richarlison, Theo Walcott and Cenk Tosun in a three-pronged attack.

Roy Hodgson will be sweating on the fitness of star man Wilfried Zaha.

Palace’s forgotten man Connor Wickham could be in contention to play his first competitive game for the club since November 2016.

Goalscorer Odds

Richarlison is 7/4 to notch his fifth goal of the season.

Gyfli Sigurdsson scored a trade-mark 25-yarder in the win over Leicester City last time out. The Ice-man is 21/10 to score Anytime.

If Zaha doesn’t play, then Alexander Sorloth could get a rare start. He’s 17/2 to bag first.

Max Meyer is 6/1 to score his first goal for Palace.
