Wayne Rooney could be set to bow out of international football with one more goal.

England’s all-time leading goalscorer will make one more appearance for the Three Lions against USA this week, and the bookies rate his chances of getting on the scoresheet at just 6/4.

That means only three players (Harry Kane, Callum Wilson and Marcus Rashford) are more likely to get on the scoresheet than the D.C. United man.

Meanwhile, with Wazza not expected to start, 9/2 says he gets the last goal of the game, with 33/1 on offer for him to net his first ever international hat-trick.

Alex Apati of Ladbrokes said: “His inclusion has divided the nation but the odds suggest Wazza will repay Gareth Southgate with a goal this week.”
