West Ham v Liverpool Tips: Liverpool to hammer home victory?

Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool can re-establish their five points at the top with a victory – after Manchester City closed the gap with a win yesterday.

West Ham United have lost their last three games in all competitions but did beat Arsenal in their previous home game.

Liverpool have recovered well from their loss to Man City at the beginning of January.

They bagged six points in their next two Premier League games, but after stalling to a 1-1 draw with Leicester City you can find them at 1/3 to return to winning ways.

The Hammers have had an iffy record against Liverpool in recent times. But having beaten the Reds in three meetings between September 2014 and January 2016 they are 7/1 to score victory here.

Talking Tactics

The away side are still missing Trent Alexander-Arnold, with James Milner set to fill in at right back.

The now infamous front three of Roberto Firmino, Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah will be looking to put this to bed early.

The home side are sweating on the fitness of key men including Marko Arnautovic and goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski.

Midfield man Declan Rice is near enough the first name on the team-sheet now, while Felipe Anderson is also emerging as a break-out star this season.

However, if they can get him on the pitch then Arnautovic is the 23/10 favourite to notch for the home side.

Salah will be the one to watch for the West Ham defence. The forward is 14/5 to open the scoring and 23/10 to grab 2 goals or more.
