PSG vs Real Madrid

Ahead of the 2025 Club World Cup semi-final, Ladbrokes shares its top betting tips for PSG vs Real Madrid, with the Champions League winners backed to progress.

The French champions have been typically dominant in this year's tournament (barring that shock defeat to Botafogo), but Real Madrid's undefeated run stretches to eight games now, so this should be a cracker.

Below are Ladbrokes' top betting tips for PSG vs Real Madrid on July 9.

Ladbrokes' top betting tips for PSG vs Real Madrid

Ousmane Dembele to score anytime

Ousmane Dembele came into this tournament off the back of the season of his life, scoring 34 times in 51 games across all competitions on his way to a league and Champions League double, and we're backing him to grab his second goal of the Club World Cup here.

While his game time has been limited this summer as he returns from injury, he made an immediate impact against Bayern Munich in the quarter-final, and thrives in games against the biggest clubs.

Dortmund breached Rea Madrid's defence a couple of times in a dramatic quarter-final last week, and with the quality that PSG possess, the French champions are sure to create a number of chances - which we're backing Dembele to take.

Real Madrid to earn over 3.5 corners

Real Madrid are on an excellent run of form, with their unbeaten stretch spanning eight games, meaning Xabi Alonso is yet to taste defeat as the Los Blancos manager - although, he hasn't faced a team of PSG's quality as of yet.

In their previous five Club World Cup games this summer, Madrid have won a total of 26 corners, with 14 of them coming across the last two matches. The electric wingers and positive style of play are key features of this Real Madrid side, so plenty of attacks and corners are never too far away.

Gonzalo Garcia to have 2+ shots on target

In a team full of superstars like Kylian Mbappe, Vinicius Junior, Jude Bellingham and the likes, it's Gonzalo Garcia who has picked up a lot of Real Madrid's headlines through the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup.

The 21-year-old had only featured for the first team a handful of times before this summer's tournament, but manager Xabi Alonso has been rewarded for his faith in the young forward, with Garcia scoring four goals in five games.

Ladbrokes is backing Garcia to get another start against PSG and cause Gianluigi Donnarumma a host of problems, finding dangerous areas and getting shots off at goal. A confident, fearless young striker with bags of quality, we expect him to clock 2+ shots on target in this semi-final showdown.

PSG to win after extra time

Rounding off our top betting tips for PSG vs Real Madrid, Ladbrokes is expecting Paris Saint-Germain to win a closely contested match after extra time, progressing to Sunday's final.

Borussia Dortmund pushed Madrid all the way in the quarter-final, and may have taken the game further if it wasn't for the brilliance of Thibaut Courtois, but PSG have a level of quality that Real Madrid haven't faced in the States thus far.

It's hard to look past PSG winning the CWC following their Champions League triumph, and after dispatching of Bayern Munich in the last round, they've proven they can get the better of top opponents - which we expect them to do again here.
