Saturday - Riskintheground – 1.10 Cheltenham
This is a very competitive race and he has been winning over the summer so there are horses here who are less exposed than him. Obviously my horse has shown his hand quite regularly over the summer months. Whilst he has plenty of experience, it’s going to be hard for him to win against unexposed types. I do think he can put his experience to good use though and he is an each-way player.
Le Milos – 2.20 Cheltenham
Le Milos runs in a big 100k handicap and he is in great form. He’s had a gallop on the grass a couple of weeks ago and looked great. He doesn’t have that many miles on the clock and last year it just felt like he never got going. I think he will run really well. He has won on decent ground before when we won the Coral Gold Cup.
Fortune De Mer – 4.40 Cheltenham
Fortune De Mer runs in the bumper and is a really nice horse. He was second in a point-to-point to another horse we bought, and I think that was very good form that day. He should handle decent ground, and he has a fair chance.

Sunday - Unexpected Party – 1.50 Aintree
We run Unexpected Party in the Old Roan. He won over this trip first time up last year and He has got the lowest weight in here. He has done lots of work and I would have to give him a squeak.
Sunray Shadow – 3pm Aintree
He’s got a run under his belt which will stand him in good stead. There is a three-time bumper runner in here who will be tough to beat but the recent run over hurdles for us is a real positive and I would expect him to be right there at the end.
Got Grey - 3.35 Aintree
Got Grey steps up in trip which I think will be nice for him around this track. Obviously, it was disappointing he got beat last time out but things went against him on the day. He has freshened up now and I think he will go very well.
Claim Du Brizais – 4.08 Aintree
Claim Du Brizais runs in the bumper and she should definitely be ok on the ground. She is showing up nicely at home and this race will tell us what we are doing for the rest of the year. She is a nice mare, and I think she will run well.
