David Haye the early favourite to gain revenge in Bellew bout
Published:
Boxing Day is set to come early this December following the news that Dave Haye and Tony Bellew are heading for a rematch on 17 December.
The heavyweight pair last touched gloves in March, with Bellew securing a shock victory against the injured Hayemaker.
Our traders are backing Haye to do the business this time around though and have him priced up as the 1/3 favourite.
Scouser Bellew is once again the outsider for the bout at 9/4.
He pulled off a shock in defeating the Londoner in the 11th round last time, but can he do it again?
You can get a chunky 28/1 on the clash ending in a draw on what is sure to be a bloodied canvas.
Jessica Bridge of Ladbrokes said: “Injury obviously cost Haye first time around, and although he may have underestimated Bellew somewhat, both bookies and punters are in agreement he’ll be back with a bang on December 17th.”
Ladbrokes Latest Betting:
David Haye – 1/3
Tony Bellew – 9/4
Draw or TD – 28/1
