Emirates FA Cup First Round Draw: Merstham get magic tie

The balls have been released and we know now the make-up of this year’s Emirates FA Cup First Round Draw.
Past winners Paul Ince and David James were on-hand to conduct the draw with Isthmian Premier outfit Merstham making their First Round Proper debut against League One Oxford in arguably the headline game of the round.
Meanwhile, lowest-ranked side Westfields will host the winner of the Replay between York City and Curzon Ashton.
Once the upcoming Fourth Qualifying Round Replays have been decided there will be 80 teams remaining in the world’s greatest cup competition, with the 32 eventual winners being joined by 48 teams from the lower two divisions of the EFL.
