2024/25 Europa League favourites and odds

Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur are amongst the front-runners according to the latest Europa League odds from Ladbrokes.

Despite poor domestic seasons, the Premier League clubs won went into the last 16 as the two front-runners to win the competition, but those odds have now changed.

Tottenham and Man United are third and second respectively with regards to the betting to win Europe's secondary club competition, with Athletic Bilbao now viewed as the sole favourites.

The Champions League odds for the 2024/25 season have PSG and Barcelona as one of the favourites, but it's all England with regards to the Europa League with Man United and Spurs featuring as two of the top three for Europe's secondary cup competition, the Europa League.

Rangers’ odds dramatically shortened from 28/1 to 20/1 after they beat Fenerbahce to move on to the quarter-finals, but it's actually Athletic Bilbao who the bookies have as the favourites.

Above are the odds for each team in the Europa League this season to win the competition, with Spurs, Bilbao and United leading the way.

For all of Erik ten Hag's faults, the Dutchman was able to win at least one trophy in each of his two seasons at the club, and Ruben Amorim will be hoping to continue that trend in his first season as Manchester United boss.

And ex-United star Lee Sharpe has told Ladbrokes that given the rest of the clubs left in the competition, there's no reason the Red Devils can't go all the way.

I don’t see why United can’t win the Europa League this season. There's no reason why they can’t beat anybody in the Europa League. And you’ve got to have a chance if Spurs are the favourites!

While it'll come as music to the ears of United fans that they're considered the favourites to win the Europa League, what won't be good news is that their arch rivals Liverpool are also deemed by the bookies to be the favourites to win the Premier League come May 2025.
