Clarke made just one change to the side that had beaten Austria, with Nathan Patterson playing at right-wing-back, so with Scotland having won their last three games, changes are expected to be minimal.
Faroe Islands went with a 4-5-1 for Saturday’s 2-0 home defeat by Austria during which the hosts had just 33% possession, although three of their six shots were on target.
