Chelsea need to focus solely on the FA Cup

Critics of the FA Cup argue that the oldest competition in football is losing it’s magic and that the bigger teams don’t take seriously.

Thus, the Blues have to put their strongest foot forward when they come up against the MK Dons and can’t take any gambles to assure they come good on their price 3/10 of victory.

The Championship club are currently 20th in the table and are only two points clear of the dreaded drop zone.

Karl Robinson’s men have only won one league game this year and Chelsea should despatch them with ease to continue their road to Wembley.

However, the Blues still can’t afford to put out a weakened team and risk ruining their only realistic chance of success for this campaign, with taking tournaments such as this lightly proving to be their downfall in recent years.

For example, Jose Mourinho took Bradford for granted last season and the Yorkshire club dumped his side out of this very competition in the fourth round.
