Gers’ hopes of retaining their Scottish Premiership title effectively ended in a 1-1 draw with Celtic in the final Old Firm game of the season as they turn their attention to overturning a 1-0 deficit from the first leg of their semi-final against RB Leipzig.

Giovanni van Bronckhorst’s side have won five and drawn one of their seven home games in the Europa League, four of which they won without conceding, an outcome which can be backed at 6/1 or it’s 5/1 they win with both teams scoring.
Although they have lost just once at Ibrox in the SPL this season, the Scottish Premiership is not the same standard as the Bundesliga where Leipzig have won just six of their 15 away games in the current campaign.
However, they beat a strong Manchester City team in the final group game of the Champions League and drew 2-2 with PSG having gone close to winning in Paris two weeks earlier only to go down 3-2 thanks to two Lionel Messi goals.

Leipzig won 3-1 and 2-0 respectively at Real Sociedad and Atalanta in the Europa League knockout stage, so we go 27/20 on the visitors winning with at least two match goals or 15/8 with three while it’s 12/5 on them winning by at least two goals or 9/2 on a two-goal margin of victory for a third successive away game in this competition.

The Dutchman said: “We have to give everything and I’m sure our game at Ibrox will give us a lot of energy to overcome Leipzig. They are a quality team as you saw but we want to reach the final. We have to prepare well as always and give everything to reach Seville.”
