Man City are top of the Premier League with only one game left to be played. They went back to the summit of the division after beating Tottenham 2-0 in London on Tuesday, which was their game in hand. As such, their now odds-on to retain their title and win their fourth domestic league in four years, becoming the first-time to win four in a row in the process.
City were favourites for all of March, ending the month at 11/10, but their odds INCREASED to 9/5 following their 0-0 draw with Arsenal at the Etihad Stadium at the end of the month. They’re now back to being odds-on at 1/16 though with just one game of the season left to be played.
Liverpool were favourites heading into April, given that they were top of the Premier League after victory over Brighton at the end of March and Sheffiled United a few days later. After a draw with Man United at Old Trafford and a loss to Crystal Palace at Anfield, they fell to third-favourites, and now mathematically cannot win the title.
A 2-0 loss to Everton and 2-2 draw with West Ham essentially ruled them out of the title race, leaving their odds of winning the Premier League this season are now at 200/1. Man City's win at Fulham and Arsenal's victory at Old Trafford this week means that the Reds now cannot win the league.

Second are Arsenal, who were actually leading the Premier League until Tuesday evening. Mikel Arteta's team are two points behind City and seven ahead Liverpool. As such, the Gunners are still 9/1 to win the league.
