With the Formula One 2025 season underway, Ladbrokes takes you through the odds and favourites ahead of the Austrian Grand Prix.

Lando Norris, who is currently among the favourites to win 2025 Sports Personality of the Year, has slipped down to second in the F1 standings, with teammate Oscar Piastri now the front-runner to win the Driver's World Championship.

The season promises to be an exciting one for McLaren, but serial winner Max Verstappen will be hoping to spoil the party, with the third-favourite seeking his fifth-consecutive World Championship.

George Russell and Charles Leclerc just miss out on the podium, while Lewis Hamilton and Kimi Antonelli follow close behind as they strive to stamp their mark on the season.

Despite having to settle for fourth in Canada, Oscar Piastri remains the favourite to win the Austrian Grand Prix at odds of 7/4, and extend his early lead at the top of the drivers' leaderboard.

Teammate Lando Norris, whose collision with Piastri in Canada ended his own race and threatened to derail his fellow McLaren driver, is next in line at 5/2, but Red Bull's Max Verstappen (11/4) is tipped to push the McLaren drivers all the way.

After grabbing his first win of the season, George Russell is backed to have another decent weekend with odds of 7/1, while Charles Leclerc, who finished fifth in Canada, is priced at 16/1.

Ferrari's season didn't start how they wanted but there are signs of recovery, and Lewis Hamilton (25/1) is an outside shot to the pick up his first win in Red, with the impressive young Mercedes driver Kimi Antonelli (20/1) has really proven his worth after making the podium last time out.
