From the Royal Wedding to Loch Ness – it’s our 2018 specials

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are fancied to announce they are expecting their first child as part of our 2018 betting predictions.

The hottest couple in town haven’t even walked down the aisle yet, but short odds are already on offer that Harry and Meghan announce they’re expecting the pitter patter of tiny feet at just 5/4.

Her Majesty is fancied to wear a blue (3/1)  number on their big day, followed by pink (4/1) or there’s a 5/1 chance she doubles up on yellow after donning that colour at William and Kate’s wedding back in 2011.

Away from British royalty to Hollywood’s version, where it’s a long shot at 100/1 Khloe Kardashian and Kylie Jenner give birth on the same day next year.

The bookies make it a 33/1 shot that the UK is victorious at the Eurovision song contest, but at just 7/2 it’s much more likely that Little Mix will split up during 2018.

Simon Cowell finds himself chalked up at 8/1 to be given a knighthood, while it’s only 2/1 that Cheryl Tweedy and Liam Payne get hitched.

And finally, it’s a 5/1 chance that a new high temperature record is broken over the next 12 months.
