Gamble on Bradby as he is introduced as potential replacement
Published:Tom Bradby’s odds of replacing Andy Coulson have been slashed by Ladbrokes (10/1 from 16/1).
Bradby is the latest mover in an increasingly volatile market having been tipped for the job by many respected figures over the weekend.
Ian Birrell is still clinging onto favouritism despite recent surges for Hari and Pascoe-Watson who saw their odds halved as speculation increases over who might replace Coulson.
Ramesh Chhabra, Rae Stewart (both 16/1) and Iain Martin (25/1) are three new runners as of Monday morning with Paul Staines remaining the rank outsider at 200/1.
Alex Donohue of Ladbrokes said:” Bradby is the latest in a long line of gambles as the rumour mill churns. Political punters are latching onto every morsel of information that leaks in an attempt to land us with a costly payout.”
