Dan Skelton discusses chances at Newbury and Doncaster

I have been delighted with how our horses have run through the Christmas period with the exception of the bad news that My Drogo will have to miss a year which is very frustrating.

Six winners over two days is great though and hopefully we can add to that tally at Newbury and Doncaster on Wednesday.

Newbury 3.05 – West Balboa

We have a nice mare in West Balboa who won very well at Warwick last time and we were always going to go the graded route next with her and we fancied this race. We have to take on some hot horses obviously, but she gets seven pounds.

Doncaster 1.38 – Across The Line

Dave England rides Across The Line for us who Harry won on last time. I think the track will really suit him and I have to give him a chance here as well. We have three good chancesthis afternoon.

Doncaster 2.13 – Starsky

Starsky won here last time for Tristan Durrell who rides him again. You would have to give him a fair chance. He was good around the track and we have learnt a little bit about him since that run.
