Jake Quickenden 3/1 favourite to win Dancing on Ice 2018
Published:
Jake Quickenden is the early favourite to emerge as champion from ITV’s reboot of Dancing on Ice.
As the new series gets underway this weekend, it’s former I’m A Celebrity runner-up Quickenden who is fancied to win the competition at 3/1.
Coronation Street actress Brooke Vincent follows close behind as a 5/1 chance, with Love Island star Kem Cetinay at the same price.
Former professional athletes Max Evans and Perri Shakes-Drayton share odds of 8/1 apiece.
Singer Lemar is rated a 10/1 shot to be invincible, while Alex Beresford, Donna Air and Stephanie Waring may find that it’s not that easy at 12/1 each.
Perhaps not too surprisingly, as the oldest contestant in the series, punters have made their mind up about Cheryl Baker’s (33/1) chances of winning as only 18 bets have been placed on her succeeding.
However, Great British Bake Off winner Candice Brown (16/1) isn’t faring much better with only 26 wagers to her name.
Jessica Bridge of Ladbrokes said: “Jake’s fancied to get off to a quick start on the ice, but he faces stiff competition from Corrie fave Brooke and Love Island hunk Kem when it comes to viewers’ voting habits.”
