Ladbrokes SPFL: Dumbarton look to build on massive midweek win

Across the Ladbrokes SPFL, titles are being lifted, play-off places jostled for, and Cowdenbeath’s steely defence are establishing the Blue Brazil as Scotland’s answer to Atletico Madrid.
In the Ladbrokes Championship, Dumbarton secured a huge midweek boost, with a 4-2 win over Queen of the South.
In League 1, Albion Rovers enhanced their play-off hopes with a 1-0 triumph at Ayr, while East Fife’s 3-0 victory over Montrose puts them firmly in the driving seat for the Ladbrokes League 2 title.

Ladbrokes Championship
Alloa look to record back-to-back Ladbrokes Championship wins at home for the first time since December 2013, with the Wasps 14/5 to beat Queen of the South following last weekend’s impressive victory against Hibs.
St. Mirren haven’t lost to Morton since 1999, so the Paisley club are unsurprisingly favourites to keep up the pattern and win this meeting at 5/4.
It’s 2/1 for Dumbarton to record their second victory inside a week, though 11/10 visitors Raith Rovers are unbeaten in eight, securing a play-off spot along the way.
Ladbrokes League 1
Play-off chasing Albion Rovers welcome Cowdenbeath, with the hosts 5/4, while the Blue Brazil may prove popular at 2/1, having won their last three fixtures.
Stranraer are up against Dunfermline, with the Blues 18/5 to inflict the Pars’ first defeat in 12 games and the champions 4/7 to record an incredible 24th victory of this league campaign.
Forfar are set to continue their good form when Airdrieonians visit this weekend, with 13/10 for the hosts to secure a fourth home win in five games.
Elsewhere, Peterhead are 5/6 to beat bottom club Brechin City, who will find 22-goal Rory McAllister tough to deal with, while Ayr are evens to beat Stenhousemuir at Ochilview Park.
Ladbrokes League 2
Title favourites East Fife would win the Ladbrokes League 2 title with three points this weekend, but the Champagne may have to stay on ice as they visit 13/10 shots Clyde, who have won the last five meetings of this fixture at Broadwood Stadium.
Top scorers Annan retain an outside chance of winning the division, and they’re hot favourites to beat struggling East Stirling at Galabank, with a win 3/10 and a 3-0 victory for the Borders club at 7/1.
The best value at Gayfield may be with 2/1 Berwick Rangers, who have four wins from six, and head to an Arbroath side who have tasted defeat in each of their last two games.
Something has to give at Borough Briggs, as 20-goal Elgin striker Craig Gunn faces the league’s stingiest defence, in Queen’s Park. The hosts are 21/20 to take the points, with the Spiders priced at 2/1.
Stirling Albion, meanwhile, look to continue their unbeaten run at Montrose. The Gable Endies are 17/10 with the visitors 6/5 and 11/4 for a third successive Albion draw.
