Ruben Amorim looks incredibly likely to replace Erik ten Hag as the next Manchester United manager according to recent reports and the latest odds from Ladbrokes.

Amorim has emerged as the favourite with Ladbrokes to replace Erik ten Hag as the next manager of Manchester United, with the club very likely to agree a deal to have him become their next manager.

With Man United sacking Ten Hag after the club's 2-1 loss to West Ham on October 27, the bookies have installed Amorim as the front-runner to take over as the club's next permanent boss, along with former Bayern Munich and Barcelona bosses.

The decision to sack Ten Hag comes just nine games into the Premier League season, with INEOS opting to keep the Dutchman this summer despite calls from fans and pundits to find an alternative.

The club are reportedly already going to be activating Amorim's release clause, which is why he's the favourite to become next manager.

Below is a breakdown of all the odds Ladbrokes has on Man United's next permanent manager, with Amorim seen as the most likely candidate.

The favourite was Thomas Tuchel, who left his role as Bayern Munich manager at the end of the 2023/24 season after missing out on the Bundesliga title with the German giants.

However, United seem to have been too late should they want to go the German, with the FA making the decision to appoint Tuchel as the English national team's manager from January 2025.

However, Ladbrokes has already looked at how Man United could line-up under Amorim, with the likes of Leny Yoro and Kobbie Mainoo set for starring roles.

The task for whoever gets the Man United job, which is now expected to be Amorim, will be getting back into the top four after the Red Devils missed out on Champions League football for the 24/25 season.
