PFA Premier League Player of the Year 2024/25 winner odds

Ladbrokes looks at the PFA Premier League Player of the Year winner odds for the 2024/25 season, to be crowned this year.

Leading the way as we head into the final six games is Mohamed Salah, with the Liverpool attacker the heavy odds-on favourites with the bookies.

Behind him in third is his team mate Virgil van Dijk, who as well as being in the running for the PFA Player of the Year, is also one of the favourites to win the 2025 Ballon d'Or.

Salah, Alexander Isak and Van Dijk are the three front-runners, with Trent Alexander-Arnold just behind them, despite the fact that he is battling to be fit to feature again this season.

At the time of writing, along with the aforementioned names, Cole Palmer, Erling Haaland and Alexis Mac Allister are the other names with odds shorter of 100/1 or shorter..

Harvey Watkins of Ladbrokes said: "Liverpool are walking away with the Premier League and it seems like one of their players is going to win the PFA Player of the Year too, with the bookies tipping the award to go to Mohamed Salah."

Below are the seven names who have odds of 100/1 or shorter to be crowned PFA Premier League Player of the Year in the Spring of 2025 as the season draws to a close.

Should Liverpool win the Premier League, which they are very much expected to do, then Salah, Trent and Van Dijk's cases that they should winning the PFA Player of the Year award will be massively aided.

Isak and Palmer, on the other hand, will be hoping that leading Newcastle and Chelsea respectively in the race for the top four is enough to secure them the major honour.

Despite playing in the same position, Salah and Palmer both featured in Ladbrokes' Premier League Team of the Season so far, so it's really no surprise that the bookies have them as two of the three favourites for Player of the Year.

Isak, on the other hand, doesn't feature in our team, with the striker position being occupied by Chris Wood of Nottingham Forest.
