Meghan Markle is 100/1 with our traders to become US President in 2024.

The part-time royal is chalked up at the same price as fellow celebrities Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, Kanye West and close friend George Clooney to enter the White House in four years.

Markle is currently the sixth most popular bet with political punters, behind Ivanka Trump, Andrew Cuomo, Nikki Haley, Dwayne Johnson and Mike Pence.

Jessica O’Reilly of Ladbrokes said: “Meghan wouldn’t be the first celebrity to become President, however this looks to be a step too far and at this stage she’s an outsider with the bookies.”
