Premier League acca: Wins for Arsenal & Liverpool

We’re entering the final two weeks of the domestic season now, and with it all still to play for in England’s top-flight, Ladbrokes shares its latest Premier League acca.

Our five-fold acca features picks from Liverpool v Tottenham, Brighton v Aston Villa, and of course, Arsenal’s clash with Bournemouth which has huge implications on the title race.

The five-fold acca can be backed with Ladbrokes, at the time of writing, with odds just shy of 31/1.

Premier League acca

Luton v Everton

We kick things off at the bottom of the table, and despite now being safe from relegation and having nothing to play for, we expect Everton to beat Luton at Kenilworth Road.

Luton and Burnley are hoping to pick up wins this weekend to put pressure on Nottingham Forest in 17th as we enter the final two games of the season, but we don’t think this will be the game week where Rob Edwards’ side pick up three points.

Everton have been in top form as of late, beating Liverpool and Brentford in their last two Premier League games, and we expect them to extend their winning run on Friday night.

Everton to beat Luton - 8/5

Arsenal v Bournemouth

From the bottom of the table to the top of the table, we travel to London for Bournemouth’s trip to the Emirates Stadium, where we’re predicting another pivotal win for Arsenal.

Arsenal are right in the race for the Premier League title, with Liverpool falling away in recent weeks, and we’re predicting that they put more pressure on Man City after their win against Tottenham on Sunday by securing another victory, this time against Bournemouth.

Arsenal are playing some truly fantastic football right now, both offensively and defensively, and while Bournemouth are a hard team to play against, we think there’s simply too much on the line for the Gunners to slip up here.

Arsenal to beat Bournemouth - 1/5

Burnley v Newcastle

Newcastle beat Sheffield United last weekend to relegate the Blades down to the Championship, and we’re predicting that the Geordies will deal another hammer blow to a side in the bottom three, this time Burnley.

Burnley drew 1-1 with Man United during their last Premier League outing, and a recent draw with Chelsea will give them hope of getting something out of Saturday’s game with Newcastle, but we don’t think it’s going to happen.

Eddie Howe’s side are still fighting for a European place for next season, after securing Champions League football last season, and will be eager to pick up yet another win here, which we expect them to do.

Newcastle to beat Burnley - 20/21

Liverpool v Tottenham

After only winning one of their last five games, Liverpool are now firmly out of the title race, and have secured Champions League football for next season, so they don’t actually have anything to play for in the Premier League.

However, Sunday’s game against Spurs is the penultimate game at Anfield that Jurgen Klopp will manage, with Arne Slot set to replace him next season as manager, so the Reds will be up for this one.

They’ll also feel angered with the refereeing mistakes during the last game between the two sides in September, and want to get revenge over Ange Postecoglu’s side, who are dealing with another injury crisis at the moment.

We expect Liverpool, with the pressure firmly off them now, to pick up another win at home this weekend, putting Spurs’ chances of finishing in the top four in serious doubt.

Liverpool to beat Tottenham - 4/9

Brighton v Aston Villa

We finish off our Premier League acca with a draw between Brighton and Aston Villa this weekend, with Unai Emery’s side having their attentions somewhat focused on their Europa Conference League title scheduled for next week.

Villa lost 4-2 to Olympiacos in the UECL this week, and will need to pull off somewhat of a miracle win in Greece next week if they want to progress to the final. While their Premier League games are vital if they want to secure Champions League football for next season, Emery will be thinking about this major European tie as well.

Brighton don’t have much to play for in the Premier League, after somewhat id a disappointing season compared to last year when they secured Europa League football for the first time. They’re not in the best form right now, so we’re predicting a draw on Sunday.

Brighton to draw with Aston Villa - 13/5
