Six Premier League clubs have decided to sack their managers so far this season, and the latest odds suggest that Ruud van Nistelrooy of Leicester could be next on the chopping block.

Following a loss to Manchester City on April 2, Ruud has been installed as the favourite to be the next manager sacked this season.
