2,000 Guineas - Rashabar
We've only got the one runner on Saturday: Rashabar in the 2,000 Guineas. He ran a blinder, we thought, in the Greenham at Newbury - and we always felt like he was going to need the run on that day. He's come on really nicely for that run, he's got a nice draw in one, he's very straightforward and the track should 100% suit him.
He's definitely got each-way claims in the race, but at the end of the day it's a very competitive Group 1, with the likes of Field Of Gold and Cosmic Year in there. At the same time, though, I'd imagine Rashabar has come on a lot since his last run.
I think that if any more rain were to come, Hotazhell could definitely run a massive race. Officer hasn't shown enough form for me to fancy him, and then the rest were found wanting in the English Guineas, so I think the horses at the top of the market are going to be difficult to beat.
Obviously, this is a special race for me because I won it last year with Rosallion. I don't think that puts any more pressure on me going into the weekend, though; I think every year is just different because it's about the new three-year-olds coming through.
It's a completely different field, and that's the way I approach it. Of course, it's a huge opportunity for me to go for back-to-back Irish 2,000 Guineas'... it's one of those, you've got to be in it to win it, and I'd like to think our horse definitely has the ability to be competitive in this field.

1,000 Guineas
Lake Victoria deserves to be favourite, I suppose, for the 1,000 Guineas, but she left a bit of a question mark on the way she stays when I watched her at Newmarket last time. I know she has won over a mile before, but that was on a flat circuit track. So if there was any question mark over her chances, I think that'd be it for me.
