Willie Mullins' Cheltenham dominance is set to continue in 2025, with Ladbrokes installing him as the odds-on favourite to be the Festival’s top trainer.
Cheltenham’s most successful trainer is 1/6 to saddle the most winners this year. Nicky Henderson is his closest rival at 7/1.
For context, the current Trainers’ Championship leader, Dan Skelton, is priced at 33/1.

In fact, the bookies are so confident that Skelton has done enough to be crowned Trainers' Champion for the year that they've given him an assumed probability of over 85%.
Cal Gildart of Ladbrokes said: “With a record 103 winners and the record for most winners at a single Festival, Willie Mullins is a byword for Cheltenham success. With heavy favourites like Galopin Des Champs, Kopek Des Bordes and Majborough, it’s no surprise he’s so short to retain his crown this year.”
Skelton is a Ladbrokes ambassador with a weekly blog, giving his thoughts on his runners across various events.
