Olly Alexander’s odds of becoming the next Doctor Who have been slashed.
The It’s A Sin actor is now chalked up at 12/1 (from 20/1) to succeed Jodie Whittaker inside the Tardis following support over the last week.
Jessica O’Reilly of Ladbrokes said: “Fans have been incredibly impressed by Alexander’s switch from musician to actor and, after wowing in It’s A Sin, the odds have tumbled on him becoming the next Doctor.”
