Latest UK General Election odds
There's a lot going on in the UK political scene, with Rishi Sunak stepping down as Conservative party leader, and Kemi Badenoch replacing the former Prime Minister.
As noted, Labour won the last General Election, but as of right now bookies think the Conservatives are going to emerge victorious in the next one.
The bookies have given the Conservatives a 40% chance at winning the next General Election, with Labour having a 36% shot at winning the most seats at the General Election, which can happen no later than August 2029.
Reform UK, on the other hand, are at 31%, with the popularity of the party growing so much that Nigel Farage has emerged as the bookies' favourite to become the next UK Prime Minister.
Regardless of who the favourites are right now, the feeling amongst the bookies is that things are going to be a fair bit closer than they were during the 2024 UK General Election.
It's been a big year for politics not only in the UK, but in the US too, with Donald Trump becoming President of the US for the second-time after winning the 2024 election.
Whilst Trump isn't even officially President yet, the attention has turned to the 2028 US Presidential election, with JD Vance the early favourite to win that.
Ladbrokes also has odds on the next London Mayor, with Sadiq Khan widely tipped to win a fourth term following victories in 2016, 2021 and 2024.
