When are the biggest games happening in the Premier League 2025/26 season?

Following the release of the 2025/26 Premier League fixture schedule, Ladbrokes looks at when the biggest games are taking place next season.

Whether it's a clash between title challengers or a battle between two sides fighting against relegation, the release of the forthcoming season's fixtures always results in heaps of chatter amongst fans.

There's a lot of information to take in, so Ladbrokes has made it easy, looking at when the big six play against each other, and noting when the biggest derbies take place.

Liverpool are set for a big season, with the arrivals of Jeremie Frimpong, Milos Kerkez and Florian Wirtz set to aid Arne Slot's chances of retaining the Premier League title.

Within the first month of the season, Liverpool have to travel to St James' Park to play Newcastle, before hosting title rivals Arsenal at Anfield the following week.

It's a game against Everton at Anfield on September 20, with the first-ever Merseyside derby at Hill Dickinson Stadium taking place on April 18, 2026.

As for the odds, after making several additions to their squad before July 2025 even hit, Liverpool are priced as the favourites to win the Premier League come May of next year, retaining their crown in the process.

As for the bottom of the table, in what is becoming somewhat of an unfortunate trend, all three promoted sides are tipped to get relegated and move straight back to the Championship.
